Delete your Uyali account
You can initiate account deletion from the website without installing the mobile app. Sign in, enter your current password, and type DELETE to confirm. Reauthentication protects your account from an accidental or unauthorised deletion.
Sign in and delete my accountIn the app, open Profile → Privacy & security → Delete my account.
What happens next
- New trading is stopped and existing account sessions are revoked.
- The system records the request and starts the deletion process for your profile, uploads and associated identity-provider records.
- Records required for an active errand, dispute or applicable retention duty may remain with restricted access until they can be removed.
- Provider redaction and retries can take time. The account is not reported as fully deleted until the required steps have succeeded.
Cannot sign in?
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If you cannot recover the account, contact info@wedigitliz.com from the account's email address. Include your account email only; do not email passwords, identity documents or payment details.
